Learning to squat, your hips and back will thank you

This a great video for demonstrating a squatting posture that is foreign to us here in the west. The emphasis is on keeping your heals on the ground and allowing your hips and back to relax into the position. The initial struggle is often difficulty relaxing the lower back and figuring out how to tuck the hips. Watch the video and give it a try. Be patient with your self and perhaps hold something for support as your body gets used to the posture. Take your time, ease down slowly, and remember to breath.
